Terms of Use

Effective Date: Jan/01/2025Last Updated: Dec/11/2025

Welcome to Voidr ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered software testing platform (the "Platform"). By using our Platform, you ("User" or "Customer") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use our Platform.

Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized by your company to use our Platform.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account will be your responsibility.
  • Business Use: If you are using our Platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Services Provided

Our Platform offers a comprehensive test automation solution for mission-critical systems:

  • Multi-Agent AI: Autonomous AI agents that plan, generate, execute, and analyze tests in a coordinated manner, operating 24/7 without human intervention.
  • Self-Healing Tests: Tests that automatically repair themselves when the application interface changes, drastically reducing maintenance.
  • AI with Guardrails: Intelligent automation with human oversight on critical decisions — AI suggests, experts validate.
  • Service Virtualization: Simulation of external dependencies (APIs, partners, payment gateways) for isolated testing.
  • Synthetic Data: Generation of realistic test data with full LGPD/GDPR compliance, without exposing sensitive information.
  • Session Replay: Complete visual session reproduction for debugging and failure investigation with auditable evidence.

Self-Hosted Infrastructure

Voidr was designed for enterprise environments with strict security requirements:

  • Run in Your Cloud: The Platform can run 100% on the customer's infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise).
  • Data Never Leaves: When in self-hosted mode, all test data, results, and configurations remain exclusively in your environment.
  • Key Control: You maintain full control over encryption keys and access policies.
  • Automatic Anonymization: PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is automatically anonymized, ensuring compliance even in test environments.

User Obligations and Restrictions

Legal Compliance: You agree to use our Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations.

Prohibited Activities - Users must not:

  • Engage in any type of reverse engineering, copying, or modifying our proprietary AI models or algorithms.
  • Use the Platform to generate illegal or unethical content.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or attempt to violate our security protocols.
  • Use the Platform to offer competing test automation services.
  • Share access credentials with unauthorized third parties.
  • Attempt to extract, train, or replicate the AI models used by the Platform.

Data Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of any data or configuration entered into the Platform.

Intellectual Property

Company Ownership: The AI models (Multi-Agent, Self-Healing, predictive analysis), proprietary algorithms, and Platform software are the exclusive property of Voidr. Third-party technologies are duly licensed.

User Generated Content: You retain 100% ownership of tests, scripts, configurations, and data created with our Platform.

Zero Vendor Lock-in: Our Platform is built on the Playwright framework (open source). All generated tests are exportable in standard Playwright format — you can take your tests anytime, without dependency on Voidr.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

Our Platform extensively uses AI. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI Outputs: Tests, analyses, and suggestions generated by AI are support tools and should be validated by your team before use in critical environments.
  • Continuous Learning: AI learns from aggregated and anonymized usage patterns to improve service quality. In self-hosted mode, no data leaves your environment.
  • Configurable Guardrails: You can configure AI autonomy levels and define which decisions require human approval.
  • Limitations: AI does not replace human judgment in critical business decisions. We recommend human review for tests involving payment flows, sensitive data, and mission-critical functionality.

Data Privacy and Security

GDPR and Global Compliance: We adopt data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and international security standards (SOX, PCI-DSS).

Data Collection and Processing: We collect limited personal and business data to operate our services. Our complete Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Security Measures: We implement end-to-end encryption, strict access controls, and security practices aligned with market best practices, including references to ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II standards.

Self-Hosted Infrastructure: The Platform can run 100% on the customer's infrastructure. In self-hosted mode, no test data or results leave your environment — you have full control.

Fees and Payment

Outcome-Oriented Model: Our Platform operates on value-based pricing — you pay for test coverage, defects prevented, and measurable results, not headcount or licenses.

Payment Terms: Fees must be paid according to the agreed billing cycle. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or provided for in a specific agreement. We offer SLA with money-back guarantee as agreed in contract.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Results Guarantee: Our Platform provides AI-powered test automation tools but does not guarantee the total absence of defects in the customer's software. AI is a support tool, not a replacement for complete QA processes.

Service Availability: We strive to ensure high availability. In self-hosted mode, availability depends on your infrastructure. Specific SLAs may be agreed upon in contract.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination and Suspension

By User: You may terminate your account at any time, upon prior notice as agreed in contract. Your tests (Playwright format) can be exported before termination.

By Company: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for non-payment.

Data Export: We guarantee a 30-day period after termination for export of all your data and tests.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved preferably through friendly negotiation. If not possible, they shall be submitted to arbitration in São Paulo, Brazil.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through official channels and will take effect on the indicated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
