Terms of Use

Effective Date: Jan/01/2025Last Updated: Dec/11/2025

Welcome to Voidr ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our intelligence platform for change and critical systems (the "Platform"). By using our Platform, you ("User" or "Customer") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use our Platform.

Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized by your company to use our Platform.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account will be your responsibility.
  • Business Use: If you are using our Platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Services Provided

The Platform connects technical and operational context to support validation, investigation, and decisions about changes to critical systems. Available capabilities depend on the contracted scope and may include:

  • Gate: risk intelligence to understand the likely reach of a change before production.
  • Monitor: continuous evidence about critical journeys and outcomes defined in scope.
  • Echo: correlation across operational signals, changes, and dependencies to support deviation analysis.
  • Hero: assisted construction of a reviewable next action, such as a technical hypothesis or proposed fix.
  • Integrations: connections to authorized code, telemetry, business rules, and work-management sources.
  • AI controls: autonomy levels, human review, and evidence records defined for each use case.

Self-Hosted Infrastructure

Voidr was designed for enterprise environments with strict security requirements:

  • Deployment options: BYOC or self-hosted may be adopted when compatible with the architecture and contracted scope.
  • Data boundaries: flow, storage, and retention are defined in the approved architecture for each deployment.
  • Key control: BYOK and access policies may be configured according to the deployment model.
  • Privacy: minimization, masking, and other controls are assessed against the data and integrations in scope.

User Obligations and Restrictions

Legal Compliance: You agree to use our Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations.

Prohibited Activities - Users must not:

  • Engage in any type of reverse engineering, copying, or modifying our proprietary AI models or algorithms.
  • Use the Platform to generate illegal or unethical content.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or attempt to violate our security protocols.
  • Use the Platform to offer competing test automation services.
  • Share access credentials with unauthorized third parties.
  • Attempt to extract, train, or replicate the AI models used by the Platform.

Data Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of any data or configuration entered into the Platform.

Intellectual Property

Company Ownership: The software, agents, analysis models, proprietary algorithms, and other Platform components are owned by Voidr or their respective licensors.

User Generated Content: You retain 100% ownership of tests, scripts, configurations, and data created with our Platform.

Portability: export formats and access conditions for produced artifacts are defined by Platform capabilities and the applicable agreement.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

Our Platform extensively uses AI. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI Outputs: Tests, analyses, and suggestions generated by AI are support tools and should be validated by your team before use in critical environments.
  • Processed Data: sources, providers, purpose, retention, and processing boundaries are defined by the deployment model and contracted scope.
  • Configurable Guardrails: You can configure AI autonomy levels and define which decisions require human approval.
  • Limitations: AI does not replace human judgment in critical business decisions. We recommend human review for tests involving payment flows, sensitive data, and mission-critical functionality.

Data Privacy and Security

Privacy and applicable requirements: data processing is defined according to applicable law, Voidr's role in the operation, and the contracted scope.

Data Collection and Processing: We collect limited personal and business data to operate our services. Our complete Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Security Measures: encryption and access controls are defined for each deployment model, with reference to ISO/IEC 27001.

Infrastructure: BYOC and self-hosted options, when applicable, have architecture, data flows, access, and responsibilities formalized in the contracted scope.

Fees and Payment

Commercial Model: pricing, usage metrics, expected outcomes, and contracting conditions are defined in the commercial proposal or applicable agreement.

Payment Terms: Fees must be paid according to the agreed billing cycle. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or provided for in a specific agreement. SLA credits, guarantees, or remedies, when available, are described in the applicable agreement.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Results Guarantee: Our Platform provides AI-powered test automation tools but does not guarantee the total absence of defects in the customer's software. AI is a support tool, not a replacement for complete QA processes.

Service Availability: We strive to ensure high availability. In self-hosted mode, availability depends on your infrastructure. Specific SLAs may be agreed upon in contract.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination and Suspension

By User: You may terminate your account at any time, upon prior notice as agreed in contract. Your tests (Playwright format) can be exported before termination.

By Company: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for non-payment.

Data Export: We guarantee a 30-day period after termination for export of all your data and tests.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved preferably through friendly negotiation. If not possible, they shall be submitted to arbitration in São Paulo, Brazil.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through official channels and will take effect on the indicated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
