Quick troubleshooting

Bot not responding?

  1. Make sure the bot is added to the conversation or space you're messaging in
  2. Mention @Voidr AI Bot when messaging in group conversations
  3. For direct messages, open the bot from your platform's chat list or apps section
  4. Check the Voidr platform under Settings > Integrations to confirm your chat provider is connected

Notifications not arriving?

  1. Verify a notification destination is configured in the Voidr platform
  2. Confirm the bot is still a member of the configured conversation or space
  3. Check that your test pipelines are running and producing results
